Operator and review status

Renulio is operated by Χρήστος Φραγκούλης (Christos Fragoulis), acting as a natural person, based in Corfu, Greece (49100). Contact: cfragoulis@rawlogic.gr.

A free beta Decision Inbox

Renulio helps you review subscription renewals and record your choices without connecting a bank. This version is a free beta with no paid plan or checkout. It does not take payments for your subscriptions, act as their provider or automatically cancel them. Any future paid offering requires clear pricing and separate purchase terms.

Your records need your review

You enter or approve subscription details, including selected CSV rows, and keep them current. Totals and dates depend on those records. Check prices, billing dates, contract terms, provider links and cancellation deadlines with the provider. A user-confirmed deadline is your confirmation; a calculated deadline uses the notice period you entered. Neither is independently provider-verified. Missing deadlines stay unknown.

Keep, Change, Cancel and Later record intentions. Keep does not advance a renewal date. A planned change or cancellation remains pending until you act with the provider and confirm the outcome in Renulio. Recording a renewal is a separate action; it advances the recorded date and adds history, without proving payment.

Review signals use rules. They do not establish how often you use a service or prove unnecessary spending. Amount comparisons and confirmed outcomes rely on your entries; they are not independently verified savings, invoices or a promise of future charges. Changes in Renulio affect your records only.

Optional features and availability

Gmail discovery is an optional, gated entry point and is not generally available. Where enabled, you request the scan, inspect the suggestions and choose what to save. The separate Google Play connection is also a restricted pilot: eligible accounts can authorize import and automatic updates of supported Google Play subscriptions. Read its connection and privacy notice for coverage and controls.

Automatic email reminders are available after you opt in from Account. Choose your timezone and reminder preferences there. Delivery can be delayed or fail; keep your own calendar alerts for important deadlines.

The beta may change and may be interrupted. Keep a copy of records you rely on using the account export. [REVIEW REQUIRED: service availability, change notices and any legally valid limitation of responsibility; preserve mandatory consumer rights.]

Account use and data

Use only accounts, files and any enabled Google connection you are authorised to access. Keep your sign-in information private and do not use the service to interfere with another person’s account or the application. Read Privacy, Gmail privacy and Google Play connection privacy for data handling.

You can export available account, subscription, review-setting and decision/outcome records from Account. History is append-only in the app. Deleting an individual subscription retains its private history until account deletion. For account deletion or historical-data correction, email cfragoulis@rawlogic.gr and follow the support instructions. Requests are handled manually after account-ownership verification; the operational deletion procedure still requires verification before general release. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions with providers.

Ownership and third-party services

Christos Fragoulis is the creator and owner of Renulio’s original code, designs, documentation and assets. Third-party libraries and services retain their applicable licences and terms. Provider names identify the services you record; they do not indicate endorsement or partnership.
