Renulio is operated by Χρήστος Φραγκούλης (Christos Fragoulis), acting as a natural person. For help with the beta or a data request, email cfragoulis@rawlogic.gr. Include a short description and the email associated with your Renulio account. Never send your password, a sign-in link or a Google access token.

Export your records

Sign in and open Account, then choose the JSON export. It includes available account and subscription records, review settings and decision/outcome history, including retained history for deleted subscriptions. For data beyond the available export or help accessing it, email a data access request and identify the account concerned.

Request account deletion or historical-data correction

There is no self-service account deletion button yet. Email an account deletion request, preferably from your account email, and state that you want your Renulio account and associated data deleted. Requests are handled manually; the operator must verify account ownership before acting. Sending the request does not itself delete your data. The operational deletion procedure still requires verification before general release.

You can delete individual subscriptions from the ledger. Their private decision/outcome snapshots remain in history until account deletion; app actions cannot overwrite or delete past events. For correction of historical personal data, email a correction request identifying the record. Cancellation and payment changes must still be handled with each provider.

Do not send identity documents unless the operator explains why they are needed and supplies a suitable method. History, request-record retention, backup deletion and request handling in the draft privacy notice still require review.

Sign-in and Google connections

Use password recovery if you cannot sign in. Gmail discovery and Google Play are invitation-only pilots; email cfragoulis@rawlogic.gr to ask about access before connecting. Read the Gmail scan notice or the Google Play connection notice for their separate data handling. You can review and remove access from your Google Account connections.

Continuous Gmail discovery

The separate controlled pilot searches billing evidence, saves supported subscriptions automatically and checks incremental changes in the background after explicit consent. Open Gmail source settings for status, evidence dates, pause, disconnect, undo and data deletion. Missing or conflicting information stays outside financial totals. No browser helper is required. Google Testing access normally expires after seven days; real-mail recognition quality remains under evaluation.

Disconnect stops new reads and asks Google to revoke access, retaining ledger entries. Source-data deletion removes evidence and unchanged automatically managed entries, preserving edited/manual entries and existing decision history. If Google revocation is pending, remove access from your Google Account and contact support. Account deletion must stop and revoke source access first.

Before a renewal

The Decision Inbox shows recorded renewal dates, deadlines and follow-ups when you open it. Keep, Change and Cancel save your intention; they do not contact a provider. Confirm a change or cancellation only after completing it with the provider.

Automatic email reminders are available after you opt in from Account. Choose your timezone and reminder preferences there. Delivery can be delayed or fail; keep your own calendar alerts for important deadlines.
